Torloisk Estate - Self-Catering Accommodation on the Isle of Mull

Had the most fantastic week staying at Torloisk, which is a brilliant base to explore the island from. The views from the house are spectacular and we were very well looked after all week. Mull itself is a special place with amazing walks, stunning beaches and loads of wildlife! Would highly recommend!

We have stayed at Torloisk on a number of occasions over the years. Gemma and James our hosts looked after us really well and made us all feel very welcome. The location and house are ideal for a large group if you like history, wildlife and the countryside. There is a beach to swim at close by and the isle of Ulva is just down the lane. Hopefully, we will get the opportunity to visit again in the not too distant future. Chris

We had a fabulous holiday despite some inclement weather - the view made up for that and the cottage was well equipped with everything you need.....the Tobermory jigsaw was a challenge!!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Torloisk, it really was divine. Amazing location with sea views and a short walk to the beach. Felt like we were in the Caribbean. Great place to explore.

Normann's Ruh is a perfect hideaway stay! It is super cosy and equippet with everything one needs.

Torloisk House was the perfect place for a large group of friends to meet up and spend an amazing week on Mull. We arrived to a warm greeting from Gemma and James, followed by a tour of the house and help getting our large pile of bags distributed throughout all of the bedrooms. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed their stay, constantly remarking on how their expectations were exceeded regarding the house, grounds and surrounding area, as well as everything that Mull has to offer. The breakfast room was the perfect place to get everybody around one large table for evening meals with a beautiful view of the sea, we even squeezed 18 around the table one night. Most nights were spent in the drawing room chatting, playing games, and just enjoying each other's company. Throughout or stay, Gemma and James were available with anything we could possibly need, even letting us know when they were going to town, in case we needed them to pick up anything for us. They also had great suggestions for things to do, and were able to provide details on how to find most anything on the island. I can't say enough good things about the two of them as hosts, and how much they did to make sure that we had a trouble free stay at Torloisk House.

Really special place - incredible views, beautiful walks, welcoming hosts, and very comfortable house and bed! Would highly recommend
