Used many times for manicure and nail shellac. Had foot pedicure before which was good. Always a decent price and a good job. Always busy in there as they do other beauty treatments too.

Went here once, got a full set of acrylic nails. One was slightly wonky and 1 came off within a week. My nails usually last 3-4 weeks. Used unprofessional glue and nails were fine.Avoid.

No idea why there are so many negative reviews about this salon. I went there yesterday and it was my first time going to this salon. The nail techs are friendly and very professional and nice to talk to. There is a much more friendlier atmosphere and the clients seem to be happy here too.The wonderful nail tech who did my manicure took so much attention to detail, it took a whole hour for her to do my nails (which is not an easy task - most nail techs around this area just rush your manicure and don’t care how it looks) and she did such an amazing job, I was very pleased with how my nails ended up looking ,You are able to just book an appointment and get your nails done and I think this works much better because compared to walk in nail salons you don’t have to wait for longer than 10 minutes.I will definitely be coming here again due to the fact that they do an amazing job

I came here for French manicure. I was surprised at the terrible service I had received. The lady had refused to clean my cuticles regardless of charging me £20. She stated I didn’t ask for a clean, a clean is the basics of a manicure. I have never heard or experienced this before. She told me she doesn’t have time to clean them but didn’t mention this at all when we started or when I asked for the pedicure. I could and would have done my nails at home if knew she was going to provide such a bad service. I asked if my nails looked bad as they were not clean she said it’s not like your gona get them done anyway. I came to this salon as a last resort. She was extremely rude, the entire time she was huffing and puffing and getting angry when I asked her to fix my nails as they weren’t straight, she gave alot of unnecessary attitude and rolling her hair. I was looking at my nails and she stated 2 times if I didn’t like them to tell her with attitude. I felt extremely uncomfortable as everytime I asked or told her to do something regarding my nails she rolled her eyes.

DO NOT go to the slim girl with the strong jaw who usually sits on the left next to the section where you dry your nails... she did a terrible job, bad shape, looks like i painted them myself and i could see gaps where they were coming off the next day. The male owner admitted they were terrible and booked me an appointment to get them recitfied. but he wasn't there on my return and the female owner(his wife I think) was unhelpful and refused to fix them. I'm really disappointed as this is my local nail shop and now I don't be going back. I paid £25 for nails that looked lile they were done by myself and they didn't even last a week before they started falling off :(

Went to this place for a pamper and walked out without no treatment at all. Rude staff doesn't even acknowledged customers when they walk in. Came in with plus one and the owner said he didn't know we both wanted manicure and pedicure. When I clearly said this at the start. Massage chair for the pedicure is broken and falling apart. Waited for my treatment and got push down the queue and then he said he did not know I was waiting. This place deserve 0 stars.

Amazing gem! Me and my mum have been going there for years and absolutely love it. The technicians are all so nice and down to earth and are wonderful to chat with. I also got their Korean facial done… girls run don’t walk! It’s one of the best facials I’ve had in my life and my skin looks so bright and clean!

Staff were rude, constantly speaking in their own language. Weren't friendly one bit and were not a fan of customers asking for advice on what to do. Basically if it's your first time doing your nails you're pretty much screwed if you turn up here. Nails were okay, not all shaped accurately but not the worst.
