Initially on quoting and survey of site was completed 4☆, as told would be completed in 3 weeks from the day we signed to get the glass. Of course, we signed as the price was right and been recommended by others. This is when it all went downhill!! 2 months later, the old conservatory was removed, and the base was started. Further 2 months passed, and no further the excuse was 3rd party faults or holidays. If this was the case, why didn't they inform me at the time of signing. 5 months later, we have a 'finished' conservatory. We tried to send a snag list but Tim was demanding payments, before payment they would come and sort any issues, now payment has been made they are refusing to come and walk round and visually see the issues or be helpful in the slightest. 3rd party trades have been amazing.Edit to the response we signed the contract on 13.3.23, the old conservatory was removed 17.5.23, and the base went down the next week. We was then told you wouldn't be coming out until the 29.6.23 to measure for the glass due to your holiday and no one else being able to order it. We were even asked to pay for the work that had been completed so far at this point even tho the contract states pay on completion. Even though back in march you started as soon as the contract was signed, you would oder it. We waited 8 weeks from when the base went down to the frame going up. Once you had finished we had already spotted on handle was damaged which you replaced and you asked for payment every day for 4 days even when we told you was was waiting on another handle and written a snag list there was 3 things on the first snag list. But they were dismissed without being looked at. We have asked you 3 times to come out and look at the finished job, but you won't. You had said not to worry about doing a snag list straight away as it was covered by the 10-year guarantee, so we paid you. Now, you are dragging your feet to come and fix the issues. We also had to remove screws and drill bits off the floor every night to make the area safe for our dogs to go out in the garden. Also, when challenged about the plan not being followed as per your drawing, the reply was That's how these come

Brilliant job all round ,professional and polite staff. I'm a complete perfectionist and can't find any fault very pleased.we are getting a lot of interest in the doors many people are commenting how nice they look.would highly recommend. Terrible company ..keep well clear of them. Had windows ,door and patio doors fitted. Absolutely shocking aftercare. I would never use them again ..... Wind whistling in through patio doors in a brand new annex for an 85 year old . Was told it's because it was exceptionally windy !!!! Paid a fortune for insulation but the badly fitted doors have negated the energy saving which in this climate is hugeBe warned and go elsewhere. Leon is rude with no customer service skills and zero empathy with regards to old people trying to keep warm .

Had longton glass install all windows and doors .from day one measuring up to completion of all work was excellent. Great fitters nothing was to much trouble had all grey colour and look fantastic now installed.Well done to all the team will recomend to anyone.Thanks again .

Absolutely great job I love it, great from start to finish, great guys and clean all there mess up aswel, very reasonable priced. Would highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. No hard sell. Team of workmen came at the time I was told to expect them, cleaned up each day before they left and the windows are beautiful, Thankyou.

Quote given. Accepted.Only to find brickwork as discussed was not included.And bricklayer came out week ago and hadn't even bothered to give us promised quote. We are now going with a supplier who is 2k cheaper,avoid this company

Purchase a bungalow with door and windows recently fitted by Longton glass. Asked for price for remainder of windows and a back door, over a £1000 more expensive than competitors. Ask them to do work under guarantee on original installation after several phone calls a gentleman came did half the work. They are refusing to carry out remaining work. Stay clear . Made the pathetic excuse I swore at his staff . When I actually made him a brew and thanked him for taking the time to find the right mastic shade for repair . Also said he would get his supplier to send damage part . After weeks of waiting no part arrives ,all talk no action as I said stay clear .

Had a new front door fitted and after had problems with draught so I contacted them and they come out and said that it was fitted right but I was still getting draught from it so I ring again so they come out again 4 or 5 times and said it was right so I was not happy so I contacted a other firm to come and check it and it was half inch out so now I have got to pay for it to be put right

ordered French doors 6 weeks ago and had them fitted this ThursdayJust want to thank the guys and Longton Glass for a fabulous serviceThe two fitters turned up and in no time were leaving. Very professional, tidy took and removed all brickwork and left the job to high standard. I would definitely use them again as we have in the past and would definitely recommend them.
