I would like to thank-you and your company for the excellent training I received yesterday, the course was extremely informative and one of the best run and presented I have ever been on.The venue in the New Forest was excellent.The trainer Tracy Sharp was knowledgeable and the training went at a pace that was easy to follow but kept on time.I was provided with a personalised training manual and CD rom to take away and I also have access to training support on the subject via e-mail for life.Refreshments and lunch were excellent and I achieved what I went for a working knowledge of Excel 2010.Well done... Tracy.

My course was booked at the start of lock-down and instead of cancelling and re-booking, we agreed to give online tuition a go (with the proviso if it didn't work that I could re-book the course for a later date). I was actually unsure how or even if this would work, but I have to say, it was brilliant. I had complete one to one tuition with Tracy, who is by far the best and most professional trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with, she is just such a lovely person to spend time online with. Tracy is highly experienced, extremely professional and most of all...very patient! it was almost as if she was sitting beside me, helping me to work through and understand every module of the course. Really highly recommended TCS training, our company will always go back there if any more Microsoft Training is needed

TCS provide excellent training courses covering beginners to advanced levels on all of the courses offered. I have attended a one day training course on Microsoft Project, Word and Excel over the past two years. The New Forest location coupled with the small class size makes it feels like you have paid for 1:1 tuition! Fees are very reasonable and include a great lunch, coffee and cake! Tracey and her team have a great manner and make the day fun too. TCS are highly recommended and we’ll be back soon.

I've been on a few courses with TCS Training and have really enjoyed them all. Emma was excellent, really approachable and always happy to answer any questions! I've learned loads and am working on putting my new skills into practice.

a great day spent with Emma from TCS Training, learning the full capability of Office 365 and using forms, planner and to do. excellent training, lots of helpful hints and tips and flexible approach to ensure everyone was able to practice and learn at a pace to suit them.

I've been on two TCS training courses so far and have both enjoyed the courses and learned lots too. I am busily putting what I've learned into practice which will make my working day more efficient. This will then free me up to get more done! The trainer was knowledgeable about her subject and what she didn't have an answer for, she looked up in the lunch break. The trainer was also able to keep the trainees on track, thus getting everything covered in the time given and the day never felt rushed...there was always time for questions plus time to try out what we had learned. I have also made a few new contacts too!

Received valuable bespoke Excel training by Tracy and her team for Ludlow Junior School. Sam, the trainer was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Lots of quick wins learnt and tools to use everyday. Service was very efficient - would definitely use again for any other Microsoft training needs.
