Kath has just finished altering my daughters wedding dress, which she practically had to remake, plus 4 bridesmaid dresses and she has made a phenomenal job of them. She’s a very talented lady and her prices are very competitive. I would definitely recommend based on our experience. A reliable and professional service.

Very poor customer service. Took a top to be fixed and got it handed back to me with pen on it and when brought it to her attention and I said I hope it comes out when washed she just said yes you will have to see with a frosty attitude. Took 5 days to get my garment back and it wasnt a big repair. Wont be using this place again.

First I took 2 pairs of jeans in to be taken up, my partner wanted them to be taken up so the turn was on the outside instead of the inside, this was done by just sewing the jeans at each side, the jeans were taken back and I was told it couldn't be sewn all the way round, I told them it could if they pulled the jeans as they were sewing them, after this the lady did the job, next I took in a waistcoat to be shortend, again I was told it couldn't be done, I told the lady how to do it again as i used to have a sewing and alteration shop myself in Bradford, but was told no it couldn't be done and that she wouldn't touch it, it, was then taken to another alteration shop in Stockton and the job was done perfectly, will not be taking anymore garments to this sewing shop.

Couldn't do enough for us. So patient a d we got there in the end. Just picked up my curtains and they are fabulous . Highly recommended.

Fantastic Service . Did not even know this place was here. Needed a very quick jacket repair and the staff were amazing , in fact , a 24hr turn around . Superb . Definately recomend
