Absolutely disgraceful service.First of all I was customer of Timpson for many years Morrisons one - never had a problem.Today I took my house key to be cut. (11am)Gentlemen took it and I told him I'm gonna collect after shopping in ASDA.When I come to collect I spotted that whole end bit of key is so much smaller than original so asked kindly to have a look, he made it another one. No issue. Back to Levens which is half and hour drive (traffic) tried to open the doors new key is not working (middle part of the key was so much wider than original one)!!! I said to myself - ok everybody made it mistakes. Spend another hour to go to Asda and back. Over there I said kindly that key is not working and I showed him the reason why. He made it another one. So I came back to Levens tried to open the doors and.......of course is not working!!!!Is 14.30pm already my first day off since last 3 weeks ( I'm a chef working very hard in understaffed environment)And now I felt soooo disappointed and kind of cheated 4 attempts and still not working.I had a close look and is picture attached which u can see the edges are completely different and middle part doesn't match againSo I go back to Kendal again. Enter the shop. It was Few customers over there. So I asked - what is going on?, I spoke with Young gentleman. I have told him that I spend almost last 4 hours driving home and back here and my key is still cutted wrongly.AND NOW IS THE BEST PARTTHE OLDER GENTLEMAN TOLD ME THAT HE DONT LIKE MY ATTITUDE and he asked the young one to refund my money (he tried to get rid of me from that shop asap so other customers couldn't hear my complaints)....no apologies no nothingOnly that he dont like my attitude.So I go back to him and I showed two keys next to other customers and I told him what is the difference, and told him how much time I spend and fuelHis answer was..........I REALLY DONT LIKE YOUR ATTITUDE AND U SHOULD CHECK NEW KEY BEFORE U EXIT MY SHOPSo I said I'm gonna make complain about it . He said: Good Luck with that"I never ever had in my life woooorst service .They made mistake 4 times. They never apologize. Soooo please avoid Timpson next to Asda in Kendal.And honestly if they would say in right begining they can't do it cause they don't know how to do it I would go somewhere else saving my time. OrIf they would say second third or fourth time magic word like ""Sorry""" instead being rude

I saw another review complaining about the service they received but I was really impressed with the quality of the work.I've used this branch for both key cutting and dry cleaning and every time I've had great, friendly service with no issues at all.Last used yesterday (20th September '23) to get some keys cut. This was done quickly, with friendly conversation whilst he worked and both new keys worked perfectly on my return home.

The gentleman who repaired my sons watch was extreme knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be using this particular shop again.

Used their dry cleaning service before that was great. Today I popped in again because my canvas shopping bag’s leather handle came away from the bag. I wanted to leave the bag for repair but the gentleman offered to repair it there and then, saving me taking my groceries away in my hands. It was very kind and helpful of him! :)

This shop is the worse dry cleaning company I’ve ever seen …to everyone out there stay away trust me
