Véronique is amazing, after purchasing a holiday home in France, we wanted to learn the language, I have tried other tutors and felt that I wasn’t getting anywhere. I was recommended the language experience by a friend, and I feel I’m finally getting somewhere, she is a great teacher, Putting me at ease and building my confidence to speak french.

Véronique is a fantastic tutor originally from France . I was shy at school so I didnt get as far with my french (especially speaking) as I would have liked. I really like 1 to 1 sessions with Véronique because I know I can make mistakes freely and learn from them. I like that she has the patience to wait for me in the conversation and gives me time to formulate what I'm going to say and say it. I know that I work best with structured lessons and Véronique is good at supporting this. Equally I know that she can adapt to each student so if you'd prefer a more flexible session she can do that too!

Véronique is an excellent teacher for students in secondary school. She is very likeable, communicates really well with kids and brings the best out of them. She makes the language so easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to improve their French.

Véro has been teaching me french for the past four months – something I've tried multiple times previously but have never seen much success with... up until now! She's a brilliant tutor who always keeps lessons fun and engaging, and is really flexible about when our lessons are (which is great for busy working professionals). We use a work book to roughly structure each session, but aren't stuck to it rigidly which means there's also plenty of time to practice conversation. I couldn't recommend The Language Experience more highly!

45 years after my last French lesson (aged 14, so you do the maths) I decided to have another go at learning the language. I wanted to be taught by a native speaker and after googling found Véronique in my hometown. Virtual lessons started during lockdown, but the Zoom experience has been so positive that I have continued with eLearning.Véronique is an excellent teacher with an abundance of patience and she has given me the confidence to take my first Insitut Francais DELF exam. Yes, I passed! If Véronique can teach me, she can teach anyone. You do not need to live in Essex to benefit from Véronique’s expertise. Take that first step, now. Philip

Deciding to take French classes with Véronique has been a wonderful decision! I had my first class three months ago and my progress has been really good. I love that we work at my own pace as this has allowed me to progress faster than in any other kind of courses. Véronique is also really nice, knowledgeable and approachable, and it's always a pleasure to have my bi-weekly French class. I want to become fluent in French for my job and I know that will happen thanks to Véronique! I am looking forward to keep working with her and I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone that wants to learn French.

I can’t rate the language experience highly enough. Véronique tutored my daughter in French as she wasn’t taking it as a subject at school. Needless to say, she passed her French gcse exams with excellent results. In her lessons, not only did Véronique make my daughter feel at ease, feel confident and completely engage with the language, she explained things in such a way that got my daughter fully understanding and learning the language as it is actually spoken in France. Thank you Véronique, you have given my daughter a love for languages and the confidence to speak French without feeling embarrassed even if it’s not perfect.

I have been learning with Veronique for two months. Her knowledge and tuition style are excellent. I am a beginner but already I am growing in confidence and really look forward to every lesson. This review is by Colin Ebdon and Linda Simkins who are friends tutored in French by way of weekly sessions with Veronique since 2018. We are SO glad that we found Veronique. We are both retired and are returning to the French language in later life. We were both wary of joining large groups and learning with Veronique has proved the perfect solution, Veronique us a brilliant teacher. and very good at her job, She is very thorough in her teaching and both are with the formal aspects of verb tenses etc, but also very encouraging with informal French conversation. She is Patient clever and kind with a bright personalityand makes our lessons with her a truly joyful experience!
