AVOID AVOID AVOIDCustomer of theirs for over 7 years... Over £25k spent with them in that time.... Account always paid in full on time...Since changeover absolutely appalling service and attitude....Rang then as my dishwasher had broken....They sent engineer out who had no idea what he was doing... left me with a set of instructions to fix it myself... His instructions completely messed up my dishwasher ... I ring Ajaz to inform him what his Engineer had done....A week later No follow up call just a bill sent to me...I email twice before I get a reply, to find out about them repairing my dishwasher only to be told I need to pay upfront before they will come out???What an insult .... IM EXPECTED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOUR ENGINEER BROKE??such a shame as never had an issue before it changed hands

Never give them call 15min. Jobs you will end it out paying ridiculous amounts off call charge
