They say they clean and refurbish the products. Received a pram that had possibly had a basic clean but had worn wheels and other damage. Was not happy, so talked to them, and they agreed on a refund. Returned the pram but the refund was only partial, (was £30 light) with no explanation. Not sure it is a scam but definitely not well run, would avoid at all costs.

This is a fraudulent site. I ordered 3 products off here. Was charged and didn't receive anything. Sent messages and got no response. Called numerous times and the mobile contact number just rang out. Scam website. Save you're money and don't bother with them
