Housing development,nice tidy area

I have my own health issues and a child with special needs. I moved here after a home swap on the 16 November 2015. I spent the first three weeks dumping rubbish. The bath was rusted through the toilets were badly stained and most of the radiators were not working. After rows arguments and nothing but hassle and requests from Occupational Therapist I managed to get most issues resolved with extreme stress and hassle.I think they do not want to maintain their properties but expect their tenants to keep them to a high standard and look well at least on the outside.My remaining issue is the kitchen is falling apart work tops are worn right through showing the chipboard underneath. The tiles are painted with gloss paint. I have made several complaints had my local Councillor and MLA raise the issue on my behalf. Despite being a bacterial health hazard my concerns have been ignored.I have been told maybe a new kitchen may be fitted in two years time.If your thinking of renting you would be better off under the NIHE. The rent here is £111 per week so make sure you examine any property thoroughly.I will probly undertake any future repairs my self as you feel like Oliver Twist asking anything from Habinteg. I will probly be asked to leave or be accused of being a strive riser but what ask for a review then complain because its honestly my point of view.

A friend lives near here that's all I can realistically contribute at this point
