Excellent service from start to finish. Ceaton installed two new security entrance barriers and removed the old ones. The two engineers we polite, efficient and went above and beyond sorting out problems along the way. Would definately recommend and use again

We were not happy at all with the finished job but ceatons decided it was fine,we witheld the balance of payments until the job was properly completed, but ceatons just handed it over to a debt collecting agency,which meant we reluctantly had to pay up, incidentally the agency seem as bad as ceatons,we tried two cards to pay,both declined and then they cut us off, then the girl told us she was entering them wrongly, shambles from start to finish, now we have to pay someone to sort the door out.Update, I did hope to forget these cowboys, but the building has had an upgrade on the lighting system so every time I go to the toilet during the night the sensors on the other side of the fire door" turn on the landing light
