I decided to go with Scrap car network, as they offered the best price to scrap my car. Having read the reviews, i was dubious as the recent reviews are mixed. Thankfully the whole process went smoothly for me, from quote, arranging collection to payment. Had booked a morning slot for a few days time, the driver called that morning and said he'd be with me in an hour. Arrived on time, we signed papers and he said payment should be made the same day by 5.30pm. I checked my bank account at 6pm and the money was in my account! Would recommend this company to others and wouldnt hesitate to use them again myself. 5 star

Pays allot more than scrap dose, Driver wasn't the best though he took some convincing the car could be removed! at the start he said (can't be done) and started to walk off as it was an auto with no keys stuck in drive so couldn't be loaded without keys thankfully after some advice on the fact there will be a release button of sorts below gear stick for these kinds of occasions well, he got there in the end and most importantly the money was in fast so 5 * all day...

I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews but for me it couldn’t have gone any better.I was quoted a great price and given a pickup day and afternoon slot. Driver called me around 45 minutes before arriving. Was here on the dot. Car was taken within five minutes. Incredibly professional friendly driver. Then the funds as agreed hit my bank 24 hours exactly after the car went.I don’t know how it could possibly be any easier.

Highly recommend, extremely easy to use & great service. Car was collected next day, pickup driver called ahead to say he was en route & was very pleasant to deal with. Money in my account same day & a fair price. Smooth & efficient (unlike my old car).

Highly recommended, easy and straight forward process. Got my quote online, price given straight away, choose collection day and money was in my account the same day few hours later. Driver was very helpful and called way in advance to notify of time he will collect the car. Would definitely use again if needed.

Great service! Got my quote online and booked collection. I then rang and asked if they could do a day earlier and they accommodated me brilliantly. Driver rang me on the day to check the time for collection would be okay. He only took a few minutes to collect the vehicle and I received my money 24 hours later. Cannot fault the service at all and would use again if needed. Thank you

Very disappointed. Missed call from agent (2 within 1 minute). Tried to call back 5 minutes later with no answer and several times over the next 30 minutes or so, tried office, again no answer. Finally got through to the agent to be told he had cancelled the job. Told him I tried to call back to effectively be called a liar, but as I reminded him, it's a matter of record. So unless you like being on the receiving end of this rude, despicable service, don't bother.
