Beautiful apartment - easy to find - check in procedure very clear - perfect location and WOW the views are amazing!!!

I can’t give enough praise to the JPG team, upon arrival at Manchester I was added to a group chat and provided with all the information needed to access the apartment as well as a constant line of communication with the JPG if we had any issues or queries. The apartment is in a very central location, was spotless and looked absolutely fantastic upon arrival and has the most amazing view of the city. I would highly recommend to anyone looking at staying at Manchester to consider this place, you will not be disappointed.

The appartment has everything you need for a 2 night family break, spacious, equipped, great views and was in the perfect location for the arena and Arndale centre. It was very secure through many coded doors, which the host communicated perfectly. The host was very attentive and approachable. Thank you for helping us to make our family trip memorable. Claire

We were so looking forward to staying in Manchester for a couple of days to rest and recover before our flights back to NZ. We were so disappointed with the apartment, which we paid a substantial amount of money for. When we raised our concerns/complaint we were offered a 10% discount on the next stay, needless to say we declined as we'll never want to stay in a property that is being managed in such an unsatisfactory manner and standard. Some issues:The décor is to a very poor standard/condition.Washing machine provided but no drying facilities.No cleaning cloths or brushes to wash dishes.No Smoke or fire detector in the kitchen/living area.Several walls have been damaged and are currently under repair.Oven is rusty.Holes in the wall tiles in the shower.Mold is the shower.Sofa beds are terrible and uncomfortable.The bathroom tap is loose and didn’t want to use it.Overpriced for so-called ‘Luxury’ accommodation.Owners were contacted and we raised concerns, they were very unhelpful.

Amazing Stay! Stunning views, clean and so comfortable! Definitely staying again whenever I come to Manchester. The host was so friendly and accommodating also!

My family and I (with 2 toddlers) stayed here last month and were very comfortable for our 4 night stay. Ash was extremely communicative leading up to and during our stay and had the baby cot set-up when we arrived late from our flight, which was really appreciated. The property is in a great location just steps from Deansgate, Market Street and The Printworks with tram stops to access the rest of the city within walking distance, so location is prime! The property has everything you could need as a base to explore the city or to see family and friends close by. Thank you for a great stay!

- The double beds were very narrow. They're just widesingle beds. If you are a normal size adult, then don'texpect to fit into these beds. I called them to send anadditional mattress, but they refused. They suggestedusing the sofas for sleep, but it was even a worsesolution because they were thin, and the metal springshurt..by the way I am 180 cm only

Great location and good for the price as well. Customer service is swift and efficient always ready and available to assist anytime. It was a short stay but I enjoyed every bit. Clean and homely apartments as well.
