Well what can I say! You request an estimate to make life easy! Just to see how much the job will cost so no ones time is wasted! And the sales guy says I get paid to to do the quote etc! Bit more to it than that! But it has resulted in a lost sale, a customer now not interested and money lost on the job. Nice sales pitch! I sent some pictures of the job asked for an estimate and that was too much to sort out! No need to reply back you have lost the custom nice sales pitch! Glad I did not get the job done! I would have not go much further with after sales if this is sales!

They arrived humming and whistling, and continued to do so throughout the hours of removal and installation. There is nothing I have but praise. Beautifully installed and beautiful windows.

Worst service ever!Had a door fitted a few months ago and it was the poorest fitting I’ve ever seen. A child could have done a better job - the door isn’t hung straight and doesn’t close properly.They sent someone out and they agreed it needed to be refitted.I’ve tried contacting them many times and they’ve agreed to call me back to arrange a slots several times but still waiting.Please avoid this rogue company unless you want to be hugely disappointed!

I would recommend safe style to anyone, we ordered door and windows, they were fitted and looking great in less than 10 days. All the work people kept in touch' arrived when expected and worked to high standard. Leaving the property in a clean and dust free state, the job was done and dusted within the day. On top of that and over and above expectations the fitters proved to be good company.A good experience

Was looking for 4 new windows and a set of patio doors as was having condensation and damp issues with the old one. The gent who came round to give me a quote was excellent, very polite and professional. Gave me all the options available colour of frames, what type of openers, leaded or none leaded glass (I have lead on the front windows) choice of privacy glass and handles. In the end went for white frames, non leaded windows to save some money and chrome handles to keep it looking modern. He then explained the payment plans and what offers I'd quilified for, saved me money with the old upvc recycling scheme, free upgrade on the patio doors and 3 years interest free payments. Which is great for me as I'm doing the house up slowly.The surveyor then came out who literally just cracked on, explained what he had gone with and with a rendered exterior explained how they would be fitted to prevent damage as touching the render up would never look the same.The fitters were great. They arrived nice and early and again just got on with the job at hand. Chatty guys but didn't slow them down, showed me what was happening as they went, showed me the different windows fitted and checked I was happy. Tidied up before leaving and left me a few spare parts, as I'm renovating the house, so the windows stay looking great.Couldn't be happier was all done from start to finish in less then 2 and a half weeks.

Brilliant work, good customer service and reasonable price.

Completely avoid! Had work done in December and the issues still aren't fixed after reporting several times! Not only were they late, which meant we had to take an extra day off work, they've scratched walls and wallpaper which is irreparable! Guttering damaged, floor outside damaged from scaffolding! Front door doesn't close properly (that's IF it closes) been leaking since fitted, still no door number. That's without listing all the issues we have had with the windows! Ridiculous! Go with ANYONE else!

Safestyle didn't give the cheapest quote, however I chose them to install my windows because unlike some of the other companies their customer service was outstanding.Their sales person turned up on time, when they said they would and went through all the options, providing a quote on the day. Other companies I had contacted either didn't show up or just took measurements and left again.Their fitters were professional and impressed me by managing to complete the entire job (8 windows and a door) in a single day. You would not be able to tell that the work had been done just a few days ago as everything was left in the same state it was prior to installation, including the replacement of some tiles around the kitchen window.To cap it off, the took all the rubbish away with them rather than leaving it to be collected later as other works I've had done in the past have.

The whole process of having new Windows fitted went smoothly from start to finish. I was given a very reasonable quote which was guaranteed for 12 months, which gave me plenty of flexibility when it came to choosing my installation date. The installation itself was very straightforward. The work was started early, around 8.30am, which meant that the windows were fitted by mid afternoon. I was surprised at how little mess and disruption there was as the two installers carried out the work with no fuss and cleaned up after themselves. The new Windows look great and I'm looking forward to a warmer, cosier house in time for winter.

The fitters who came to install our new door were very polite and got on with the job in a professional manner.On completion, I examined the new door and was exceptionally pleased with it and the fitting of it. I found that the cleaning up, both inside and outside was first class and there was nothing for us to do.I am very happy to recommend Safe Style UK to anyone I know, and will do so whenever they should mention that they need doors or windows.
