Happy Phones Repair
Went to this shop yesterday to enquire if my recent phone purchase couod be repaired as it was faulty. The owner was extremely polite, professional and helpful. He tried to rectify the problem as best he could and gave me and my partner honest and good advice. Will definitely be back to this shop again. I previously had bad experience in another phone shop in New House Park so was greatful to have found such a knowledgable source. Thanks again Happy Phones.

Asked for a replacement battery as existing battery had a 4 hour life paid for a replacement. He insisted on cash only. And no receipt. £40 later for a new battery, and the phone still has a 4 hour life. Clearly I have paid for nothing.

Happy Phones Repair
Went in today with my iPhone screen destroyed and the two blokes in there fixed it there and then. Took a bit longer than originally stated but they gave me a free screen protector to make up for this and the new screen works perfectly. Great customer service, Particularly the Greek guy. Would highly recommend.

My husband and me went there to get a screen protector in our phones. my husband got his done perfect but mine wasn’t, it had bubbles in it so we asked for a replacement. He tried 3 times with new screen protectors and the last one wasn’t done properly either. He said he wasn’t going to get any better.We went there to have a screen protector installed on our phones better than how we can do it ourselves. We expected the higher price to reflect a perfect result but sadly one of us didn’t get it.

Awful. Took my phone in for a screen repair, after he had fixed it the speaker stopped working. Went back to the shop to get it fixed and he said that if i wanted it fixed, face ID would stop working. Now my phone is completely cracked and unfixable.

Highly recommended! Went to Happy Phones Repair and got a new screen fitted to an iPhone XS and a new charging port fitted to my old iPhone 7. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received - upfront about the costs involved, testing completed on the new parts fitted, and everything done at short notice while I waited.

Great service. Fixed my phone which wouldn’t charge in 10 mins whilst I waited. He has been fixing mobiles for 7 years so he is an expert and the price was good value. I live nearby in Brampton Road so very handy.
