I purchased a Lutec Shrimp twin spotlight PIR lamp from LED Switchover Ltd and I'm really pleased with both the product and the ease of the purchase process. The lamp was simple to install and set up and the effect is excellent with the lamps providing a good level of light over our garden area. Paid for 41 downlighters, later to be told they can’t sell them due to problem in china although it said instock on website. Requested refund and it’s been over a week and still no refund POOR SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, AVOID. It’s been over 7 days still no money back this is my worry
