This is a great local company that doesn't just compete with the big boys, it beats them hands down. I thoroughly recommend them....and it's rare for me to say that about anyone!

Having used the Washington House for several appliances of different sorts in the past, and enjoyed excellent service, when my 22 year old Bosch washing machine gave up the ghost after its trouble free existence, I was pleased to order a new one from them. I ordered on the Friday and, in stock, it was delivered the next Wednesday. The delivery, fit and take-away-the-old-one package is really worth the cost. The men worked quickly and very efficiently. I am very pleased, as usual.

Excellent from start to finish. When I visited the store the salesperson was welcoming and even let me park my bike inside. Rob was helpful and informative and helped me decide on a dishwasher which was delivered on Easter Saturday. The delivery people were efficient and were not happy until the inbuilt machine was correctly installed. They even replaced the skirting/fascia board, having cut it to accommodate the door opening correctly - no more kicking the board every time I open/close the dishwasher.I cannot recommend this company highly enough - thank you.

Over 10 year Old Bosch dishwasher died looked for one on line all confusioning so went the wash house .Chap very helpful explained everything decided new Bosch delivered that day Matt fitted it in took old one away all very efficient so pleased. BRILLIANT SERVICE!

We have just purchased a washing machine from The Wash House. This is our third purchase of white goods from them. You are guaranteed great service and knowledgeable advice. My criteria was top environmental performance/economic energy use and a quiet operating sound level. We were recommended a Siemens machine. It was delivered within two days (even though it was ordered on a Saturday) by two polite and efficient chaps. They arrived on time, took away the old machine and fitted the new without any drama.The machine is great and much quieter than the previous machine. I am particularly happy with the vario program, which speeds up the wash cycle, useful when the solar power generation is not constant, and the eco wash function when the sun is not shining.

Very pleased with the service I received the young lady who dealt with me was most helpful answered all my questions knowledgeably the only down side was the sale on the washing machine I wonted had finished on the day I went to buy it so had to pay the full price but the lady did ring to see if I could get it at the sale price could not but still happy with buy recommend the The Wash House.
