Proactive provides first class first aid training and medical cover for a wide range of events. Since working for the company, I have felt so welcome by Trystan and his team who are so professional and bring a wide range of skills and experience to the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just completed my paediatric 1st aid level 3. Trystan delivered the course and made it fun, interesting and informative. During the presentation he shared his own knowledge and experiences giving examples. Following the course finishing not only do I feel more confident but within 12 hours Ireceived my results. Over the moon is an understatement. I think illl be back soon to do another course.

First Class training. Trystan and the team provided medical training for our business, as part of a bigger group day. Not only did we get a lot from the day, and learn valuable skills, we also had a blast doing so. I was dreading this course a little due to past experiences of first aid training being bland, boring and based on awkwardly acting out of scenarios and role play in front of unfamiliar people. However, this course was so different to my previous experiences. Trystan was an extremely personable, friendly and flexible trainer who delivered his expertise in a visual and engaging way. His use of humour along with years of experience in the fire service and ambulance crews meant he was able to share lots of experiences and stories about how to treat different conditions and scenarios. The three days flew by and I would go as far to say that I enjoyed the course and it was evident that all other delegates did too. Diolch Trystan and team for an excellently delivered course using some very impressive modern equipment and training tools.

Excellent trainer - very knowledgeable with vast and varied experience that he shared to illustrate practical examples of how to use first aid training. Made you feel comfortable, encouraged you to ask what you may have considered ‘silly’ questions to ensure you felt confident to apply your first aid training if necessary. I've attended numerous first aid courses in the past but this one was exceptionally engaging and enjoyable. The trainers wealth of practical knowledge, gained from real-world experience made the entire course easier to follow and more authentic.
