Ordered the Cookie G4 Helmet early january, waited 10 days and did not receive my purchase. Contacted Skydive several times by email, phone and on messenger for days with no reply until I had to open a case with Paypal. The day I opened the case through paypal, they finally reached out telling me the item was out of stock and I would have to wait 6 weeks to get it or get a refund.They accepted to go through with the refund on the 20th of January, but the refund is still pending since. I contacted Paypal directly to ask why the refund was still pending and they explained it’s because there was no money/not enough on their account to refund me. I contacted Skydive again to raise this issue, they said they had plenty of money on their account but it was because of money laundering that the refund was taking so long.I proceeded to contact Paypal to ask if this could be the issue, they said not at all, there’s simply no money on their account and Paypal had to escalate the claim to force the money out. I am still waiting for the refund which is still pending.Skydive did not send me any email to let me know the item was out of stock, they couldn’t show me they had send me any emails either. The customer service is appalling and rude.Do not purchase from this company unless you’ll want to wait for more than a month to get your money back!

I ordered suit, audible alti and helmet last month. the altimeter I was looking was not in stock so the other items were shipped first. There was an issue with stock/shipping of the altimeter and I did not get it. When I contacted Skydive Now they immediately express shipped out a more expensive product at no extra cost. Products are great value, good customer service and sound advice.

Have ordered from these guys a couple of times now and haven't had a problem. Their prices are usually cheaper and they have send free stuff like a pull up with my order I'll definitely shop again.
