Kirktown Garden Centre

It's good. Very nice to walk around, and a big selection of goods to choose from. Also a,restaurant if your feeling peckish. Plenty parking. RECOMMENDED

Visited today for lunch, Kirktown has never let us down!Three of us went for the christmas turkey dinner, and it was very very good, perfect portions; it was very busy in the restaurant, but all the staff were all so attentive & cheery.We wandered around the shop (so much to see) & again staff acknowledged you with a smile & a Hello" this hectic time of year

I was so taken aback to find you charge extra for Gluten free food!!Is that not discriminating against people who have to be Gluten free!Will not be back.

Ordered the cullen skink with a cheese scone; the soup was disappointing as it was essentially just thin fish flavoured hot milk with a few potatoes floating around in it. On a positive note, the scone was great. Service was great, as the food arrived at the table fast. Overall, an ok lunch, but overpriced as it was £6.95 for the soup.

Turned up before 3:00, and by the time someone came to our table we were told we were too late, they didn't do lunch after 3:00. Appalled by the customer service.

Lovely garden centre, we feel very fortunate to have a place like this nearby to home. Lovely restaurant with great eggs benedict breakfast, perfect every time.

Great restaurant would 100% recommend it to anyone in the local area. Super friendly staff especially the two gentlemen called Louise and Lizzie. Props to the chefs too very good food!

You need to change your bacon there was more fat than bacon and the coffee was weak had a burnt taste and the price for 2 slices of toast is a ripoff 2.50 max it should be is 1.10 not worth 2.50 thats the price of a loaf right there shocking wont be back

I visit quite regularly and am always delighted by the choice of soups, cakes and sandwiches on offer. The staff are friendly and the service quick and efficient.Very good value for money.The shop is well stocked and always had a variety of quirky foodstuffs, coffees, jams, chutneys,teas,bakes, cheeses,biscuits and ready made Frozen meal ideas. Cards and fashion is also available.I always find something to take home with me.

First visit to the garden centre today & had lunch too! Choice of food was great & service we could not fault but I was very disappointed with the Cullen skink, it was basically slices of potato & onion added to milk that may have had the fish poaching in it, not the thick , hearty, chunky fish & potato soup it should be! I'd definitely recommend the chef try a new recipe for this soup & a different breed of potato ! On the plus the cheese scone i had with it was delicious! After lunch we had a browse of the shop! What a gem of a shop & starting to look great for Xmas, all the displays look fantastic! Very hard not to leave without purchasing something from here ! We will definitely be coming back!
