The Eskuta sx-250 series iii is a brilliant e-bike. There’s no other product like this in the United Kingdom. I did some research on e-bikes and kits. I came across the Eskuta. I did some research on this and found that it’s so brilliant design that I had to have one. The styling is amazing it’s got all the features that I wanted and more.I’m Ron and used to work at Rolls Royce as a Instrument Mechanic. There every had to be perfect. Your product is perfect.I would like to thank all the staff at Eskuta. I had the Eskuta on Friday and now it’s Tuesday. I have done 17 miles so far. All the best from Ron Jones.

Eskuta KS-450- Paid over £400- [ cant remember exact] & only had it 10 months with so many defects that seem to not last. rung & spoke to customer services a few times thinking each time we found a fault, we would be covered under warranty, but funny enough i was told it doesnt cover the warranty.? Issues with handle stem wobbly & screws coming loose with no reason why... each time i ring up as they are based in nuneaton & too far for me too travel or id turn up with the scooter on there door step, they advise i need a whole new part... how.?...its 10 months old. Went down the road & buying brand new from this manufacturer instead of cutting corners & buying 2nd hand & still being fobbed off.! I guess there bikes seem ok but these scooters aint what they are supposed to be! like i say ive contacted customer services a few times so its not like you can reply withplease contact us & we will try to resolve all issues".!!! Not good that spending this much & problem after problem."

I recently purchased an electric bike from eskuta and overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. The bike is comfortable to ride and worth the money. However, there are a couple of areas where eskuta could improve their product.One issue I've noticed is the excessive use of plastic, particularly in the battery protection under the seat and front charger storage unit. The plastic is quite fragile and could easily be broken by someone with ill intent, which is a potential security risk for the bike and any valuables stored in the front charger unit.Additionally, it would be helpful if there were an option to turn off the sound of the indicators and other features on the bike. While I understand the importance of these alerts, they can be a bit disruptive at times, especially when riding in quiet areas.Despite these minor drawbacks, I appreciate the good customer service provided by Latisha and the team at eskuta. Overall, I would recommend this electric bike to others, with the caveat that they be aware of the plastic issue and the sound alerts.

I have owned an Eskuta SX 250 series 2 , and I must say i have enjoyed every single ride. I have decided to upgrade to the new and improved series 4. The customer service team at Eskuta are very very good. They reply to your questions or queries promptly and always strive hard to deal with your query satisfactorily.Matt and Michael on the customer service team are always very friendly and helpful and a great asset to the company. No query is too much trouble for the team.You are always kept informed with the progress of your order and given an advance time of when your order will be delivered.Eskuta bikes are always an eye catcher and turn heads wherever they are spotted, especially the leisure model which I have.From my personal experience of riding bicycles for commuting, I find the SX250 ebike a lot safer to ride on the road in all traffic conditions than standard bikes due to the moped style construction and ride of the Eskuta. They have motorcycle grade parts, mirrors and indicators which makes the ride so much safer in my experience, and especially so when you wear suitable hi visibility clothing.Having owned an Eskuta for a couple of years I cannot think of going back to a conventional ebike. With my dealings with the company, I would recommend them.

I can’t praise this company enough, from placing my order to final delivery they were exemplary. I was kept informed at every stage and the delivery driver even phoned the day before to confirm delivery and give an approximate time of arrival. It was a pleasure to deal with a fair, friendly and professional company. A rare experience in this day and age. Thank you Eskuta.

I'm very happy with this e-bike, using for commuting 2 or 3 times per week in London and now I'm pretty sure I couldn't have chosen a better brand. In my specific case, I'm making more than 40 miles with a charge (not many hills on my way and I'm a very light guy) which is much more than I expected. The comfort is impressive, I love that saddle and the sitting position, however I would recommend very tall people to do a test drive before buying. In my case it fits perfectly.That green button is a really clever idea, it helps to have a stable balance before you have to pedal"

Ordered and paid for a bike on 8th July. Told 30 days lead time. Mid August told bike was built but problem with delivery. Informed in Mid September that bike was being built and delivery would be 2 weeks.Raised issue with supplier told attempted delivery was mage on 26th September. No contact made to schedule or card left by deliverer. Eventually received notification that delivery would be 8th October.That means I have waited 17 weeks and missed all the good Summer weather. I am not holding my breath that my order will ever materialise. No apologies or offers of compensation made by Eskuta.

The folk at Eskuta, especially Michael, were fantastic. The process of buying the bike through my work's cycle to work was seamless with them. Amazing communication and customer service. Bike was delivered fresh and clean and the delivery driver, Karl, was very nice and he gave a demo of how the bike works. Eskuta, it seems, has a policy of employing folk who are genuinely lovely. Almost makes me want to buy another bike!The bike itself is amazing. Comfy. Solid. Deals with hills really well!

The bikes are solid but good quality, so easy to ride. Starting up always on the slow side so it’s hard going steep hills and turning out of junctions. I guess that’s also a part of the riders skill. Customer service as been so far so good.
