Thank god for the glider. ,,,better corporate attitude , better time keeping, some of the drivers have attitude issues with foreign patrons needing better verbal help, I expect some of these hostile attitudes came over from the old culture and will whittle away.

Very clean,well presented 'hub' where you can wait for buses, including Glider Service. Pleasant to wait in, helpful and efficient staff.Note - if you're waiting for late night buses/Gliders, the hub closes at 11, after which you have to wait outside!

Dundonald Park and Ride
The place has gotten a lot better than what it used to be years ago.Since the glider has been commissioned, the park and ride is so much more spacious and organised.The place used to have too few parking spaces, and was just badly organised, but that is all fixed now.The whole system for the glider is very modern day and I really like it, plus the bus fares are cheap and nowhere near as expensive as I thought they'd be.

Great facility for us. We park the car there and take the Glider into Belfast so no hassle in traffic, no wondering where to park and the car is as safe as it can be. It's a great service and long may it continue.

Ticket machine doesn't work with card or cash. The driver says this happens all the time. What a waste of public money

Pretty poor wait for a lift as bus depot closed. It was raining, cold and I have mobility problems so had expected to use a seat.

I use this a lot to travel to Twin Spires on The Falls, currently it's £3.70 return which is great value
