Last visited just over a year ago and this time on 2nd August 12 of us booked for a birthday celebration. Food was mediocre and prices had risen considerably. service not very good with one starter being forgotten and eventually after asking 3 times turned up after everyone else had finished. Dull atmosphere with no background music whatsoever. Unfortunately I can't see any of us returning again any time soon.

This is a superb Chinese restaurant. One of the best across Wirral by far! Food was excellent from temperature to flavour and texture. Service was outstanding with a warm welcome on arrival and the décor is pleasing. It was comfortably warm with comfortable seating and drinking glass's were crystal clean along with the rest of the restaurant. Highly recommended.

This is the best Chinese food I have tasted in a long time. Excellent service and great customer care. The liquor coffee is to die for and the best I have tasted in over 30 years. No squirty cream used here, but the real thing. Excellent night out and certainly our go to" Chinese Restaurant

The food is seriously good at the FH. We eat here about every 6 weeks. A great choice of Dimsum dishes. A big thumbs up for the char Sui won ton noodle soup it is so tasty. Leanne and the staff provide excellent customer service.See you soon.

Fantastic venue for my daughter's birthday. Staff were really helpful and were happy to present her cake at the table following the meal. The food was exceptional and enjoyed in a warm atmosphere. I've been here several times with friends and family and have always enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff at Full house. Keep up the good work.

Still hungry expensive if you eat a banquet should you be full ? If I have a banquet I want something outside the box not boring curry beef and sweet and sour ....impress me to make me want to go back or give me alternatives...nothing wrong with the food cooked by the way its just we/you need more these days to survive

Wonderful experience. Food good, ambience and decor glorious! Fabulous venue for hiring out for a celebratory occasion I would have thought. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent quality of food but for my taste the flavours of our meals were a bit bland, just needs a slight adjustment and kick to the flavour. Perhaps just me, but would definitely go back again. Best looking restaurant I've been to in a long time!

Rip off. 45 mins between soup and mains. Starter of 2 ribs and 1 prawn toast per person £20 per person.Rubbish service. Rude when asked for bill.Less expensive places in Hoylake doing better Chinese
