The store is lovely and ensures privacy whilst trying on the vast range of dresses. As soon as I walked into the boutique I knew I had made the right decision.From the very first point of contact (which was a telephone call before the appointment) Natalie made me feel at ease and made the whole process feel very special.The boutique itself is lovely and is in a great area. I tried on a variety of dresses (all unique and beautiful) carefully picked by Natalie herself and also ones I had noticed.Natalie is very knowledgeable and offered a lot of advice and recommendations.I came out having picked my dream wedding dress and left a very happy and (somewhat emotional) bride to be! Thank you Natalie for making it a very special moment and day :-) the prosecco also added to that personal touch!

Myself and my bridal party had the most wonderful experience at Your Story Bridal. Natalie called me before my appointment to talk through the process and what dresses I might like to try, which was a wonderful personal touch. The Boutique itself is stunning, we were given time to browse the beautiful gowns avaliable and each had prosecco whilst I tried on dresses! Natalie couldn't have been more helpful and I felt so relaxed and at ease, it was like shopping with a friend! Your Story was the third bridal boutique that I had been to and had a fantastic experience from the start. Natalie communicated with me really well before my appointment and we also had an introductory chat on the phone which was a lovely personal touch I hadn’t had elsewhere. I had requested to try on a particular dress I had seen from one of her designers and she made sure it was there, ready for me to try on, on the day. She was so friendly and made me and my bridal party feel really comfortable. She gave me great advice while I was trying on the dresses and I found the perfect dress for me.Thank you Natalie, can’t wait to come back to collect my dress! X
