Regrettable to leave this review, I’ve tried contacting on several occasions to find out when my bin will be cleaned. Very poor customer service and still no clean bin.

Paid upfront for 6 months - big mistake. Impossible to reach them. Didn’t hear from them for a while. When I finally got through to them they missed 2 scheduled cleans and I gave up and asked for a refund. Don’t bother ringing them. Email is marginally better. Useless. Avoid. I should have read other reviews of a similar nature before paying them!

First day. was easy to set up, lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Lee, the chap that set up paperwork and cleans and freshen the bins, was brilliant too. Lovely job done, professional and well priced. Bin smells all sweetly scented too.

Have had to report my bin not being cleaned on schedule 3 times since using this service. However, the emails I sent about this were eventually replied to after several days, hopefully things will get back on track soon,and a reliable service will resume.Update.... this company has missed cleaning my bin more times than I care to remember. Ironically, one time they missed cleaning it, but helpfully posted a schedule of cleaning dates through my post box. Emails I send remain unanswered for days, until finally an acknowledgementis sent, but no reason while I've been missed. Totally unreliable and don't provide any service you can count on.

Paid for 6 months upfront via the website 2 weeks ago. I have received no service as of yet. They never answer the phones and have an automated answer which hangs up after about 10 seconds. Poor service. Trying to get a refund but that is rather difficult when they don’t pick up the phone. Avoid and use another company.

Contacted them morning of bin day, cleaned bin same day. Left bin looking like new. Great service, great price. Highly recommend!

Absolutely shocking say they wash bin when we have video evidence they haven’t. Never reply to emails Facebook takes about 2 weeks to respond to. I might understand if they were a massive company with thousands of employees not a tin pot company.

They have been brilliant at coming out to clean my black bin but have missed the only 2 cleans on my green bin and haven't responded to my emails, their phone lines are only open for limited hours weekdays and me and my partner both work full time and the phone lines are usually closed when we aren't working

It took a while to get there, but they are now doing a great job at keeping the bins clean and smelling fresh!!

Had to chase multiple times first for service then when this didn’t occur for a refund via email and telephone . Despite promises of service and then refund neither happened over a 4 month period.
