Phone Guru

This shop owner sold me a brand new phone. It stopped working within a year so naturally took it back and was told it couldn't be fixed after having it for a fortnight. I took it to the Samsung shop who looked at it and told me it was an import running software that couldn't be checked over, I lost all my contacts, pictures, details and the phone....phone guru?. I think not.
