Lovely little shop with lovely items, a little overpriced but lovely enough. Sadly what ruins it is the unfriendly and rude shop keeper, she gives off the feeling she wants you to go away. Lost a purchase from me that day. Shame

Went to this shop with my son while on holiday in Tenby, the female staff member was very rude to my son who was holding his CLOSED drink, shouting at him saying he can’t have the drink in the shop. There was no signs saying no drinks allowed. So we left, lost a sale through her attitude.

We visited this store after my 17 year old daughter decided that she wanted to add to her crystal collection, also with us was my six year old daughter. We had just arrived at Tenby for our first holiday here about an hour before. My youngest daughter was really enjoying looking around the shop at all of the Nic nacs and instruments and we made our choices of a few crystals and brackets and went to the till. I honestly cannot BELIEVE what happened next! I was asked if my child had played with the instruments in the corner? (She had, along with every other customer in the shop) but then she then asked If she had blown into the wind pipes (which she had not) this horrid lady then huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes, to which I replied. There are no signs to say no touching or no children? (In a much politer tone than she deserved) she then got very angry and said I should not have to put signs in my shop because of people like you! I replied common love there just kids! And she grabbed my purchases and said and I quote ‘I will be keeping these you can leave!’ ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING! I didn’t row with her because my girls were staring at me so shocked! and I wouldn’t bite to this lady’s clearly terrible mood and attitude! Just be warned she is a very bitter old lady who clearly does not like children steer clear! And enjoy your holiday x

Had a lovely surprise when my thoughtful husband had one of the items posted to me. The lady in the shop was so very helpful and kind and it was posted out to us post haste. Thank you!

Nice shop with many lovely Items and souvenir's for sale. Lady who owns or runs the shop terrible. My wife asked the woman a simple question about an Item she was interest in and the woman rudely bit her head off with some surprising remarks. Another shopper had to remind the woman that my wife only asked a simple and polite question. Then we all left. It is one of those situations that sticks in your mind as to how unnecessary the rudeness was. Hope people read this and walk past her shop.

Brilliant little shop and friendly service! It definitely got quite packed as it got busier, but it can’t be helped! Purchased some crystals for my collection, and a brilliant fair trade day of the dead sculpture made in Mexico. Wonderful place to buy gifts, and if I visit the area again, I’d definitely return!
