Inner City Sanctum

I was recently back in Edinburgh for a flying visit and didn’t have time to have my nails done before arriving.Before I moved to Spain I had used Inner City Sanctum previously as I’d been recommended the salon through a mutual friend.My first experience in the salon was so good I subsequently followed Thursa and her salon on social media.During lockdown, as most of us were, I had been super stressed and my skin was playing up badly. I had made a Facebook post with a couple of photos, saying f how much it had been getting me down. Thursa left a comment asking me to message her with more pictures, which I did. She was so kind, making various suggestions to help ease the discomfort and asking all kind of questions about diet, lifestyle and stresses. The suggestions she made were great and helped me immensely. On top of this she also posted from the uk to Spain, samples of products she thought would help.I cannot thank her enough for all she did for me during a period of time that was so difficult for us all. The fact that a virtual stranger would take the time to help someone was amazing.To get back to review Inner City Sanctum…Booking with Thursa was so easy and she was super sweet, explaining other available services. While there I had my nails done, a wee touch of Botox and a spray tan. All was done professionally, with really good knowledge and my favourite part, Thursa was chatty and explained all after care thoroughly.I would highly recommend visiting her salon as it’s cute as hell, immaculate and so welcoming.Thank you Thursa and I’ll definitely be back when next in town

Thursa is the best beauty technician in Edinburgh and the salon is just lovely, she's a perfectionist.

Thursa just worked a magic wand with her cannula and refreshed my face by about 10 years. I had the skin rejuvenation treatment and it looks amazing and i can't wait to see the finished results!

If you're looking for a beauty therapist who has a wealth of experience, knows what she's doing and will put you at ease then this is the place!I have had waxing and gel nail extensions done with Thursa and both were done to a very high quality but she does a whole host of other services too.A great wee gem in the heart of Leith.

I can’t say that it was the best waxing in my life. It was the first one. The girl in the salon (I am sorry, I didn’t asked the name) was amazing and made this experience as little awkward as possible and less painful than expected. I do recommend give it a try. Definitelly I will be back.

Thursa was lovely, delivered an excellent service (back and shoulder wax) and had a good chat meanwhile. Great price as well. Cleanliness was on spot and her passion is visible! Recommended

All the health and safety procedures in place, relaxed atmosphere, quick and pain free. My “go to” place from the moment of the first appointment. Will book different services too.

First time using this salon for anti-wrinkle injections. I am very impressed with my results, the best I have had. The salon is lovely and so is Thursa. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Really high quality treatment, I had the ‘express nail extensions with gel polish’ and they turned out truly gorgeous, they’re well shaped, strong, and beautifully polished. The place was really welcoming and I had lovely chats throughout the whole treatment, I’ll definitely be back!
