I moved my company stuff to this lovely, well maintained storage in Swanley. Jay & Darren(The manager) was really helpful, with excellent customer service skills made my visit smooth. He was very helpful with the entire moving procedure. I will recommend this storage space to all.Thanks.

This branch is probably THE best one compared to others that I've dealt with. I initially reserved a storage with another branch in London but I needed something cheaper as I'm having to move so suddenly. The best thing about this customer service experience for me was, the lovely Keira emailed me to confirm which branch I wanted to store my belongings in; and having a phone conversation with Darren to make sure I needed the right space. He went through every detail with me. They both made me comfortable throughout my application process, Darren explained every detail thoroughly and was also kind enough to provide removal companies for myself. Excellent customer service & I'll definitely recommend this branch.

Have been renting an office within Safestore Swanley for a couple of years and have had no problems at all. The staff, Daryll , Ellie and Jay are extremely helpful and pleasant and do their best to assist wherever possible.

Excellent email and phone customer service to organize the storage and really pleasant helper on the day to complete forms and run through process.Very pleased with the unit and price for storage.Would recommend buying own padlock in advance as the ones in shop if buying on the day are quite pricey.

I jade rented the storage from Swanley safestore when I was in difficult situation the staff was welcoming very friendly and helpful they answered all my questions by person email or on the other line of the phone I would recommend the store
