House of Luxxe Barbers

Worst haircut I have ever had. Came in for a haircut on 18/08/2023. I asked for a mid high fade starting from 1. I asked to keep the length on the top as was trying to grow out my fringe. The bloke took 10 minutes and basically scalped me with a 0.5 all the way up the back and sides of my head. I will be wearing a hat from now on. Couldn't even salvage the trim as he basically shaved my head and left my hair unblended terrible place.Edit: It’s been an hour and my anger hasn’t settled down with how bad this haircut is. The photo doesn’t do it justice I have just seen family and friends who have all told me its terrible. He left one side of my head with hair hanging over. I think i would have rather spent £15 on hair removal cream and had a monkey shoot at my head with a water gun. Such a waste of money.

Used maps to find an open barber. It suggests this one. Stood outside as i was early onlt to be told that it is by appointment only on sunday... no notice on the window to say that

House of Luxxe is a great independent barbers / beauty salon! It’s great to have the barbers downstairs and beauty salon upstairs. They offer a wide range of beauty services - nails, eyelashes, facials, makeup, eyebrows, waxing and more. They offer 10% off for students, over 60s, all shopping centre staff, NHS (Blue Badge) Staff, South Gloucestershire Council Staff and South Gloucestershire Leisure Members (ID/Proof required). They’re open Monday - Saturday and a varied times so you can go in on evenings after work on some days. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I had my nails done by Kirsten and really like them, not perfect but I am very picky but she was gentle and caring unlike some highstreet nail salons. The price was really reasonable and competitive compared to high street salons. I would definitely go back in there again in the future!

Get notified my appointment has been cancelled the same day multiple occasions. Booked in my dad and I almost a week in advance but let down again, it's a real shame because the haircuts here are the best I've had and it's why I recommended my dad

Really great experience! Popped in with my toddler earlier this week and they fitted him in and did a really great job. Looks fantastic and really clean - lovely staff and reasonably priced too!

Not good for a simple job. House of Luxxe butchered my haircut, then went back to watching TV.

I had my nails done by Maddi for the first time this week. Amazing. Not only has she done them perfectly, she is friendly yet professional. I will not hesitate in going back.Amazing value for money
