easypeasy and Desira MG, Fiat and Citroen Diss

Have been using Desira in Diss for our parts now for the past few years. Always a great service and often prepared to go above and beyond to help us which is very unusual in our trade. Tom in particular has helped us out on a couple of parts which were more expensive from other suppliers. Top job - keep up the good work. From Adam and the team at David Martin Motor Engineers

Bought a secondhand car here. We were told about 4 times during the buying process (verbally and by email) that the car had only had one previous owner and we would be the second. We had told them that the number of owners was very important to us. When we got the logbook, we found out the car had 2 previous owners. We contacted them straight away, but they took 3 weeks to come back to us (after I chased them several times). When they did, they made no effort to give us a fuller picture of the history (which we easily found and they should have done). We were just told this MAY affect the cars value, but they were sorry. I was told it quite clearly showed that the car had 2 owners on the system.We were also told during the sales process that the Desira warranty is not worth the paper it is written on (I cannot comment on the accuracy of this) and that the Gap insurance would pay out even if we deliberately wrote off the car (this would be fraud).Update: I contacted Desira on the email address they have given in their response. They did not respond until I chased them up 2 weeks later, when they said their online response was a standard response and they did not contact me as they had already contacted me about it before.I have also found they did not clear the previous owners data from the car, including address data.

Very helpful, parts were in stock too.

Well organised but not cheap!Carried out servicing and MOT with a short video of your cars condition at the end.pleasant customer service but customer waiting area could be much better.

Some quite reasonable stock accompanied with a disinterested salesman. Sign of the times I'm afraid, little wonder the motor trade is on it's knees

Great customer service. Bought a car!

Spoke at length on phone to make sure we had the right part ordered. Booked for parts to be fitted.Took time of work (unpaid) to wait for while fitted but waited and waited then told they have NOT GOT THE RIGHT PART. No apology given to me just a defensive explanation that it was someone else's fault. Not happy.

Unfortunately Russell wasn’t able to source a parts for my old fiat but he did try his best looking up parts on his system.Thanks again!

I bought my new car from Damon at Desira Diss. Damon was polite, professional and courteous throughout. Damon arranged for my new car to be ready at a time and place to suit me. Damon handled all of the paperwork and gave me a comprehensive lesson on driving and caring for my new car. This is the third car I have bought from Desira and the second from Damon. I can't imagine ever buying a new car from anyone else.
