be aware if you decide to buy from this company! i purchased bath and arrived on pallet shrink wrapped, due to weather conditions putting fitters behind scheduled, and a death in family was unable to fit bath straight away so left it on its pallet still wrapped ready for my fitters to start work.after approx 6 weeks, work started on bathroom . But when unloaded bath we found that it was cracked . unable to get exchange or refund from company, even though bath not fit for purpose . really poor customer service very condescending and compared bath to buying a tv with cracked screen and trying to get refund after 6 weeks !!!Also noticed that bath was thin in places and could see light through it in so not fit for purpose even without the crack.To everyone at homemania my apology's for my Father dying and me not thinking to check bath on delivery ! Thanks for your compassion and understanding . Still i only £329 out of pocket plus expense of buying new bath from a reliable companyNote to everyone looking at buying this bath Dont bother and buy local so that you can deal with sales staff in person .**************************************************************************In response to reply from seller belowjust to clarify my wife who took delivery of item and not me as i was caring for my Father as explained,she signed for it but it was not checked and she explained to driver the circumstancesit was unpacked by myself at our earliest convenience after my Father had passed away.the bath was not removed from the pallet and has still got original packaging on itThe fitters at no stage removed the bath from the pallet so it could not have been mechanically damaged by them as suggestedwe understand that companies have to have polices as they are running a business , however we feel that under the difficult circumstances a modicum of compassion and understanding could have been taken into account. As no suitable solution was offered the crack looks un repairable we are now a further £200 out of pocket as we have had to purchase a replacement bath as fitters were waiting .covering the costs of the new bath by way of compensation would have been a acceptable outcomeThankyouMr Turner*******************************************************************pay pal reviewed case again and i have now been awarded full compensation for damaged bath !no thanks at all to homemanianever use or recommend again .Funny after my review all of a sudden good reviews came up ! We struggled with finding a bath to fit the limited space in our bathroom refurbishment until we found Homemania and their Besco Rima corner baths which offered a much greater range of sizes at a very competitive price. The service provided by Agnes and her team has been superb. The chosen product was in stock and delivered to order and she even arranged a specific time slot which was so helpful and a real bonus. The delivery arrived exactly as planned. The product is of excellent quality and is easy to keep clean. Agnes demonstrated excellent product knowledge and even helped with after sales service and additional installation advice.I fully recommend this organisation and wish all suppliers were able to offer such excellent customer service.
