Arrived at 12 midday having dropped in having found a nail in centre of my tyre- no deflation. So just a simple puncture repair. Was told to come back at 5pm. No thanks. Went to another local independent and got it done straight away.

Absolutely amazing job done by kwik fit Oswestry - went on a Sunday and the staff stayed late to finish the car. Very well priced for the 4 quality tyres professionally fitted. They also sorted the wheel alignment on the car. Staff are very friendly and helpful, will be going there again.Would recommend to everyone. Big thanks to manager James also technician spencer for keeping my car on the road so I can make it to work for Monday.

Despite receiving an excellent service and quick turnaround last time. This time was not in the same league. We called beforehand to make sure the tyres were in stock but when we got there they weren’t! They then confiscated our car as the tyres meant it was illegal to drive. We had an event that afternoon that could not be missed! It was stressful and unprofessional. This was a Saturday and we had to be without our car til the Monday, we had to make extra journeys into the town at our expense and although the chap on the Saturday had apologised when the car was picked up no further apologies etc were made on the Monday.I understand mistakes happen, it just wasn’t the best experience but I will use them again and see if it’s better next time.

Absolutely rushed off their feet and still maintain a smile - in the face of us, the general public. Keep up the good work team and thank you for your efforts.....09/11/23: Shame they didn't live up to my high credit hey! If you don't want fleet work, just say. Failing to check a customers tyres when asked is disgraceful.You got to take the rough with the smooth.
