For over 20 years I have lived with complete and permanent paralysis of my upper left side: my arm and shoulder, and much of my chest, back and torso, and subsequently, mild scoliosis of my spine. Despite this I try to stay fit and healthy which is harder than it sounds.I've had many thousands of hours of massage, physiotherapy, etc with hundreds of different therapists over the years (honestly!) but I wouldn't swap Lara for any of them.As well as being a very accomplished sports masseuse, Lara is a consummate professional, always happy and lighthearted, prudent and also has great banter.(Pssst! Her prices are good too ;D)

Fantastic therapeutic massage. Martin was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My pain was reduced by 60% from the first session. Nothing I did worked as well as this therapy. Will be coming back and recommending them to my friends.
