KS Dance Academy

My daughter attends Miss Kristy's Primary ballet, modern and tap class and absolutely loves it. We've been coming since Baby Ballet which was so sweet, and moving into the older class has been great for her confidence. Miss Kristy and Miss Jess are very kind and look after the dancers really well, and make sure they have lots of fun as well as following the right curriculum for their level and age. Their move to the new venue of the lovely dance studio at Bingham Arena is fantastic and the end of year show at the theatre at the High School is so impressive and highly professional. A great experience for the dancers to work towards and be involved in.

Miss Kristy adds so much fun and experience to her adult classes. I’ve loved going back to dance after such a long time.It was so fantastic to be part of the show last year and this year looks to be just as amazing!

My teenage daughter has been dancing since she was very young and moved to KS Dance Academy two years ago.We have had such a positive experience so far and it has been so lovely to see her enjoying her dance classes again.The teachers have been helpful and supportive from the start, and are able to cater for all levels of dance experience and ability - from those who just want a fun hobby and a way of keeping fit, to those who aspire to a career in dance and performing arts.One of our main reasons for choosing KS Dance was that the teachers hit the right note between expecting the children to work hard and develop technique, and allowing them the chance to have fun, develop new friendships, and escape for a while from the pressures that young people are often under.Absolutely recommend this school as a place to inspire and nurture a love of dance.

As an older adult, I find the ballet and tap classes I attend contain a perfect balance of challenge and enjoyment, and they keep me fit and flexible as an added bonus. Miss Kristy is an excellent teacher who supports her pupils, encouraging us to work to the best of our ability.

Great dance school. My daughter has been attending Lyrical Contemporary, ballet, tap and acro for the last 3 years and she loves it. Her confidence has grown so much. Miss Kristy and her team are great teachers and offer lots encouragement. Amazing year end shows to showcase all the hard work the teachers and students have put in.

My daughter is 9 and has been attending lyrical and theatre for a few years after watching her older sister and begging to join from young.She has recently added tap , ballet ,modern and accro because she“ loves dancing and shows so much “It’s fantastic seeing her grow in confidence of what her body can do and practising constantly, learning routines and making dance friends .Thankyou Miss Kristy and Miss Olivia for delivering great teaching that inspires young dancers to develop not only a love of dance but confidence in their ability to learn ,dance and be part of a dance school family

My 5 year old goes to ballet, modern, tap and acro at KS dance academy and loves it. My 3 year old also goes to baby ballet which is such a sweet little class. Miss Kristy and Miss Jess are great with the children. My girls always look forwarded to their Saturday morning classes!

What a wonderful place for children to learn to dance. Miss Kristy and her team are passionate about what they do and my children absolutely love their lessons each week. They thrive at KS Dance Academy and have achieved more than they thought was possible.

Brilliant school for adult dance classes. Fun and a great workout, perfect for anyone new or advanced to dancing. All the teachers are friendly and the classes vary each week.
