Had amazing customer service. We came in last minute and U.B. helped us. She explained exactly what I needed and got me the shoes I needed right before I had to return to the states. I felt super happy to have the team there help me out.

I came to the shop today and was welcomed and assisted by a lovely young lady named Maisie. Excellent customer service, super welcoming and did not make me feel pressured on the spot. She gave me great advices and I came back later in the day to buy the shoes. The other members of staff that were there later on were really lovely as well !Thank you

I left London Carnaby Street store a little disappointed with the fit of a shoe. Sales reps added insoles, heel grips and more to assure me it would be fine, and I felt like they were pushing for a sale.I popped to Cambridge for a second go !The store was busy, but sales rep U.B was amazing. She guided me through as I tried about eight different styles until we found the perfect fit! She was chatty, knowledgeable and helpful- a credit to the store!Feedback for Doc Martens- add padding to your shoes like you have in some of the vegan ones- it offers comfort that some of the shoes don’t have. And half sizes might go a long way for a lot of customers :)KateXx

Excellent customer service, staff are friendly, attentive, and super helpful. I’d been deliberating over some sandals for ages and had ordered online but couldn’t quite find the right style for me - I went in to store this week and finally managed to find the perfect ones, with the help of UB and Jack. They helped me pick out the right ones and gave me great advice on care too. I left super happy with my purchases, and with the fantastic service; will definitely be back
