What can I say! Originally booked an appointment to look through their selection of bridesmaids dresses and ended up falling in love with a wedding dress for myself. Jennifer made me feel at ease, she was warm and positive. She was so kind and understood my worries and concerns about dress shopping and she just made me feel wonderful. I have dreaded dress shopping and have put it off as much as possible until that day. I wish every shopping experience was as carefree and easy as this one! Thank you Jennifer :)

From start to finish my experience at Joyce Young was first class. Having been to other bridal stores and left disappointed, everything about choosing my wedding dress at Joyce Young was perfect. You are instantly met with friendly, kind and happy staff in a relaxed and calming atmosphere. Jen in particular was absolutely fab and could not be more accommodating. I tried on multiple dresses of all different styles and I even went back to try on my dress a few times before deciding it was the one and Joyce and her team were great about it. You get a real sense of personalised feedback and assistance and a genuine interest in helping you find your wedding dress which helps when you are indecisive like me!I was always kept in the loop regarding the status of my dress arrival, especially in the covid times, this was a great comfort. It was amazing to have a seamstress for alterations on site also, which is unlike other stores, who were amazing and standard of the work was phenomenal. They can even take your wedding dress back to get dry cleaned afterwards!Overall, it was the most perfect, classy experience and I feel so lucky to have found my beautiful wedding dress and to have worn it on the best day ever.Thank you for everything guys!

Amazing friendly and professional experience!This was the first and only shop my mum and I went to for my wedding dress and then we got her MOB outfit too. The service from the first day with Michelle was just great, Michelle was so friendly, kind and made us feel as ease. The dress I choose had some details which I asked to be changed which was no issue, my final design I just loved. From the fittings with the tailoring staff I felt at ease and nothing was a problem. Florence spent a long time with my mum getting the perfect outfit for her. We met Joyce herself and she was just so lovely, what an experienced and talented lady. I can’t recommend Joyce Young enough. Amazing customer service, staff and the most beautiful wedding dresses and MOB outfits. Thanks again to you all. Louise and Hilary xx

My first ever appointment trying on wedding dresses. I was a bit nervous but Jennifer was an absolute star and made the whole thing so fun and relaxing. Ordered my dress and are looking forward to my next fitting!

I went in to the shop with my mum and maid of honour and Joyce and the team were amazing! So welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We were made to feel so comfortable. The dresses I tried on were beautiful and Joyce's knowledge and expertise really showed through. I just love the dress I have chosen. Thank you Joyce and team for making closing my dress so special.

I'm still absolutely besotted with my wedding dress, and the shopping experience with Jennifer when I chose my dream gown is one of my favourite memories. I had some concerns with alterations, but when I spoke to them about them everything was resolved brilliantly and my dress was perfect, steamed and ready to wear for my wedding day and they even steamed my veil for me!

Now I understand why people pay triple figures for clothing !This was one of my happiest experiences. When I realized how expensive the clothes were I nearly left the shop, in fact, if it hadn’t been so obvious, I probably would’ve done! That would have been a huge mistake – huge! Joyce herself looked after me, and brought some clothes for me to look at I was very honest and she didn’t seem to mind, one of the dresses she brought me looks quite nice on the hanger, but when I put it on, it made me feel like a queen, it fitted like a glove and as it has been made for a fashion show, I was allowed to take it home with me and not have to go through measurements (humiliating). iIt’s worth every penny I paid for it, it’s beautifully made out of really good quality fabrics, and it moves by itself almost floating around me. I look and feel elegant – doesn’t happen often because I’m only 5 foot two and rather plump. As well as the dress been wonderful Joyce make me feel so she was genuinely happy to see me looking so good.

My family & I went to Joyce Young a couple of years ago with my sister being the bride to be" at the time and had an amazing experience so was excited to go back for myself! However we were very disappointed with the whole experience! It seems to have gone down hill since

Joyce Young Studios was an absolute dream to work with! They helped me choose the perfect dress for me in the course of a 2 year process. We also were communicating across the ocean sometimes. The team here made me feel like a princess every step of the way. The seamstress that worked with me even took videos and photos of me in my dress for my mom who couldn't be there at the time. What a gem! My dress turned out stunning for our summer wedding in 2019 and I would highly recommend them to any woman!

Found my wedding dress here! The quality is high and the stuff are very lovely. I was so at ease throughout the whole process as I didn't feel pressured for a sale. Would 100% recommend! Great service!
