I've had a lot of work done by Usmaan Khan over the past month. Its all been pain-free and excellent. He goes into detail explaining what he's doing and why. Excellent service.

I have been having treatment the Middlewich practice a number of years. I attended the hygienist, Emma, this week, and I have to say what a perfect job was done. Emma is a brilliant hygienist and a really thoughtful practitioner, putting you an ease throughout the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

At long lastContacted the surgery for an emergency appointment and was seen almost immediately within 1 1/2 hours. Apart from dealing with the emergency, what really impressed me was that Scott the dentist took the time and listened to all the ongoing issues that I’ve been having with my teeth , he took on board my underlying health conditions as well as my financial commitments and totally understood my predicament.Out of the last six dentist that I’ve visited, I can honestly say that this is the only dentist I’ve come across that seemed committed and prepared within reason to work with me and take on my case. For the last 18 month I’ve been told that this would be best option, or we can make do and mend for astronomical amounts of money. At 68 years of age with a bleak life expectancy after flat lining twice, there’s no way on this earth did I ever consider this to be my best option.The sad part in all of this, is that I had to spend nearly £700before I found someone that was prepared take the whole picture into account.

Used to go to this dentist put up with the mud outside no parking and that the dentists love to show off there wealth with expensive cars. They used the NHS to create a client base. Once they started charging they offered no discounts for existing patients or for say OAPs. They went private and since then have increased prices twice. They write saying I am a valued customer but when I wrote back I got no reply. They charge more than I currently pay in a new dentist with parking and much better overall surroundings. The new dentist has more equipment for better diagnosis.Whilst I was happy with the lady I used to see I asked for some options from the owner to replace 2 teeth and asked for a quotation. I never received it clearly not happy to give prices for adhoc work.I am now very happy where I am yes I pay private but you can negotiate with the new dentist whereas I couldn't with this business. You are encouraged in life to get 3 quotes for bespoke work but they don't want there prices checked so I wonder why?

Very pleased from start to finish. Went for a root canal unfortunately it didn’t work and had to be removed. However Mr Khan tried three times but it wasn’t to be. He was very apologetic and only charged for an extraction. He didn’t rush and explained everything.

Have been a patient of the practise for many years, staff are always very helpful. The hygenist is very gentle and gives good advice, my dentist Dr O Hall is very efficient and thorough. Very satisfied with the practise.

Always a lovely clean surgery, staff really nice,Scott gives good advice re: which toothbrush I should be using. Emma very helpful & stops treatment if it's hurting me( very sensitive gums & teeth) then restarts when I'm ready.Would highly recommended a excellent service.

MY RECENT VISIT TO THE HYGENIST WAS A PLEASURE. EMMA IS VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE PUTS YOU AT EASE WITH HER FRIENDLY MANNER AND SENSE OF HUMOUR.WOULD RECOMMEND OUR DENTIST PRACTISE TO OTHERS.
