AMAZING PLACE!!!!For a woman that got messed over so many times by mechanic. This is the best place to go get your car fixed. You have 2 amazing reception woman that is so helpful. The mechanic there is so friendly and trust me they know what they are doing. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELS. Sending all my friends here.

Been using concept motors for a few years, ive never experienced any issues, honest and hard working men and women there i would not even trust or consider going else where with my car, always come away happy with the service and to top it off staff are always very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Took my mums car to Concept Motors because she had a noise coming from the engine. Taking it to another garage previously, he told us that we needed a new engine. Shocked and worried we thought we should get a second opinion. We were recommended to come to Concept Motors. Within 24hrs of our call, one of the mechanics came out to have a look at the car. He said it was very unlikely it was an engine- phewww! But needed to get the car to the garage before any more damage was done. A few days later the car was booked in and repaired within two days. My mum felt very relaxed and confident with the mechanics. After diagnosing the issue, we had a phone call with the issues and cost to comfirm whether they can go ahead and repair. Amazing customer service from start to finish. And would recommend to friends and family!

I took my large off road vehicle to Concept. It had multiple issues with its suspension and tracking. I knew that I would need to book a courtesy car for a few days as this was a big job, when I got to Concept they were brilliant. I borrowed the courtesy car and went to work, they called me a number of times providing updates on progress. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received.

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a trusted local mechanic. Concept Motors was just perfect.I'm always a peace when I take my car to Concept Motors. The ladies at reception are excellent, friendly and professional. I know my car repair will be done to a high standard and I won't get ripped off for it.

Fantastic service from Richard and the team last week on my Audi. My wife and I have been using the garage for over a year now and are extremely happy to recommend it. As mentioned in a previous review, the garage and employees are not intimidating so my wife is happy to take the car in when I can't - which is a definite bonus!

My husband and I have used this garage several times in the past three to four years. Have always found the service from the very welcoming receptionist to the mechanics extremely friendly, polite and thoroughly professional and nothing is too much trouble for any of them.After investigation they always ring to inform us what work is required with an approximate cost and the work is always carried out in a timely professional manner and the prices are always very competitive.Some garages can be a bit intimidating to lady customers on their own but this one will make you feel at ease!Would not hesitate in recommending this garage to anybody.
