As a switchboard it would be really helpful to have a function that allows callers to wait in a queue rather than a busy dialling tone if that is possible.

Do no trust Chess Denman , I was supposed to get some very important documents from her that we agreed and she changed the conditions of it agreement at the last moment when I was ready to pay which is causing serious issues in my life now. She doesn’t want to accept her mistakes and ignore my emails concerning the issue.I assume she just want to make a lot of extra money aside from working with the NHS as she also said an overpriced book for £85 on Amazon.

They are a really terrible service. The money they get paid is ridiculous and they are no help whatsoever to young children. CAMHS itself should be shut down. The staff are just those that have been found to fill a position and have no passion for the jobs they do at all. A total joke.
