Great speedy service. Friendly, and helpful. Exceeded my expectations on efficiency of helping me get my vehicle to where it needed to be.I hope I don’t need another recovery specialist, but if I do - these are the guys I’ll be using. Highly recommended.

My breakdown cover gave me an eta of 90 minutes to arrive. In less than 30 minutes revieced call from Blackstar recovery driver and he was with me within 15 mins and I was back home within the 90 minutes originally quoted for arrival. Driver was really nice friendly guy. Would defo recommend and use again if I need help

I had a great experience with Black Star who transported my car from St Neots to Cambridge. Extremely friendly staff, called on the day to let me know when he was arriving and very prompt delivery. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them!

Just like to say well done and thank you guys for such a great response 3 days after my accident. You are here collecting my car and taking it to be repaired. The driver who collected my car named will was a fantastic man great communication gave me a heads up call half an hour before collection was thorough in checking the car in year 10 out of 10 for this guy he needs a pay rise. A flat tyre on the M1 at 2230 on Sunday is not a good place to be. Luke to the rescue! Black Star were sent to us by Tesla when we got a puncture. They arrived when they said they would and kept us updated until they did. Luke then did a really fab job getting us home. Thank you!

Not all heroes wear capes!!Sometimes in life we are in need at the most unexpected times. Today was one of those days.Not knowing where to turn after a mechanical issue on my car, I luckily found Black Star and after one phone call, one of their drivers was with me within 30 minutes.The representative couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, just what you need during a time of frustration and uncertainty.Thank you Black Star. Absolutely brilliant service, contacted black star as a non urgent recovery, to move my car from my work address to the garage. They came out on a Sunday so it would be at the garage in time for the appointment booked the next day.The driver was so friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time my family have used your company and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. We will defo use you again and would recommend you to our family and friends.
