An unsafe service that was neither effective, caring, responsive nor well-led. Medicines were not handled or stored safely and residents did not always receive their medicines as prescribed. A lack of governance systems meant any risks were neither assessed nor monitored, with records not maintained.

My parents just spent two weeks in respite care here. The staff from management down were truly amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent they went above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable and I cannot recommend this enough. They had their own independent apartment with the option to use communal areas. Poor treatment of staff in the facility and refusal to pay, scamming people and putting the elderly in danger

I work at this home we have been treated very great by this company. I can't believe that some old staff can say what they have said. I thought we got to know each other when we work together and they know the level of care we can provide.
