twice now we have had deliveries from here, first food had been sat out hours, chis were like cardboard and everything cold. Second i half the order missing and the phone number doesn't dial through, absolute joke

Placed a delivery order through the McDonald's app. Delivered promptly but with item missing from the sealed bags.Impossible to contact McDonalds through the chatbot to resolve - spent 20mins on the phone to Uber Eats (who deliver the food), in which time my own food went cold. All Uber Eats did was refund the cost of the nuggets, meaning I had to order AGAIN and pay a delivery fee AGAIN to get what we originally requested.Terrible customer experience. Avoid.

All though I get it's busy and everyone is rushing around, but they can hardly ever get the order right. I have a son with allergies, so I have to be careful when he eats out. When they do get it wrong, all you get is we'll make make you another one, like its my fault they put in ingredients in the meal. I asked them not to put in it, I've gone off the place, and if it wasn't for the kids, I wouldn't go there at all.

Customer Service is non existent Ordered on a couple of occasions thinking it was coming from the McDonalds on Altrincham Road both times items missing. Impossible to find out how to get a refund or who to speak to rang The Altrincham Road Restaurant and they deny all knowledge of it. Never ordering online again will go through the drive through instead at least that way you can complain to someone when they miss anything out. Would have given Zero Stars if possible DON’T ORDER! HOPELESS!!

No stars they are a waste of space childish behaviour from the manager saying he is at a wedding at shipply golf course . He is not. just lied I wanted to see why the order disappeared we never received it . As far as I'm concerned mcdonalds owe us the money not uber eats.Disgusting £25 down the drain not happy at all . Then alls mcdonalds has to say on altrincham road could say is no I cannot phone them I am way to busy i cannot help at all . I thought it would have been an issue because the number was saying its not mcdonalds. I am going down there .not happy at all

Very alarming and childish behaviour from female staff ! Went to pick up two orders , it took ages and restaurant was not busy . Got 1 full order and the other order had one drink . Upon waiting I requested staff for drink and was shouted at and told it's on screen . I was concerned as food was getting cold . After 3-4 minutes I asked again and female staff got very angry and spoken to me as if I was her slave and said wait it will come . Then she had started making fun of me by laughing with other colleague . I mentioned politely it's very childish and we need to have respect to which she got so angry she started using f word and shouting.It was an exceptional behaviour and seemed out of order and I have never faced or felt so hurt, humiliation and degradation.The manager was watching all that but I think manager was good however he didn't acted which was surprising .The female staff should treat humans as human and the whole incident has brought tears and caused hurt .Please train your staff not to swear or make fun of other people .
