Woodferne Stoves, Tiles and Bathrooms

Untrained young lads who don't know how to do the job (Owen is the experienced fitter and is sound and good), and if you dare to question a bill due to unsatisfactory works, timeliness issues and in general just an awful experience, you will be physically threatened by an owner who said he was going to come down to your house with two other men. He has been fully paid now. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Fitted a stove for us at Xmas time 2022. Wasn't completely straight forward job due to issues with the chimney . But all was dealt with in a professional manner. The fitters were courteous and kept dust and soot levels to a minimum. Happy with work and quality of stove. Thanks Rodney

Sent 2 young lads to do the job one was 15 the other 17 .No harm to the young lads but they were never shown how to do the job.

Had a stove fitted today. Beyond words as to how excellent the service and staff. Great initial advice on options and clarity of pricing. Fitting was smooth and left work area spotless. Workmen were very pleasant and friendly.Would whole heartedly recommend this business for any stove needs.

Excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. They have a huge range of stoves, more than any other showroom locally. In fact they have two; with a selection of tiles, doors, bathrooms, fireplaces and wood laminate! You could get the whole house done. They do free fittings and quotes, and can get jobs done fast if needed. I got my stove done just before Christmas with all the worry it wouldn't be finished for Christmas eve. But they came in on the Sunday and Saturday, just to finish it! Im very happy with my stove, and heats plenty the room. It was just perfect for the whole of Christmas and the new year. Can not recommend enough. Thank you so much!
