I could not have been more impressed with Chris. He replied to my text immediately even though it was a Sunday, I photographed problem and within an hour he had ordered the part and it was sorted two days later. He was on time, professional and very pleasant. I wish to highly recommend him.

We called Chris in regards to a broken cooker button after finding his number online. We called for a quote and instead he told us how to fix it ourselves at no cost. What a lovely person. We will definately use him in the future.

Highly recommend! We have used Chris twice to fix different issues: an oven door and, last week, a heating element. He is very knowledgeable and efficient, diagnosing the issue over the phone, getting a part and fixing it a couple of days later. He is professional and polite and fixed it both times very quickly. We were very impressed.

Heating element failed in Bosch single oven. Searched on-line for an independent engineer covering SW19 area. Filled in the online quote form, got a text response, accepted the quote and two days later, replacement genuine Bosch part installed.....and all working again. Very swift and efficient service. Highly recommended.
