If, like me, you had never heard of this company before, you will not be let down. I found a GPU on this website, and as sceptical as I was, I bought it. Best decision I’d ever made. I received an email almost instantly from the company confirming my order, and when I had some questions I emailed them. Instant reply, as well as a phone call to help! Not only this, but the card came before 1pm the next working day! Absolutely top-class service, would definitely buy again from this company, and I have to recommend it. For a small store, it is absolutely amazing. Would give it 10/5 if I could!

Second time shopping with these guys. Got me a high end graphics card and new power supply on the same day. I also saw how much time and care they took with a another customerer who wanted a new system to take away on the same day.- making it work for their budget -best customer service around. Highly recommend them.

We recently purchased one of the higher spec one time deal gaming pc's. The ordering service is simple online , and any additional requirements promptly added via email. Updates on delivery were very forthcoming, to our amazement the pc was actually hand delivered directly from the shop in Liverpool to South Wales. A very good service, only minor flaw was the extra nvme drive ordered was fitted but not assigned, 5 minutes on YouTube sorted this without the need to contact the shop. Only mentioned here to allow them awareness. I searched hard and you would be hard pressed just to locate the parts for a build like this for the money. Let alone built hand delivered and guaranteed. A1 top recommendation. Purchase with confidence.

I bought a gaming PC for my daughters birthday. The price was great and the communication has been outstanding. One small issue with the keyboard was rectified immediately without any issues. I contacted for advice on which PC would be best for her and I received a reply straight away. We are out of the local area but delivery was on time as promised. Overall I’m very impressed and would highly recommend.

not a bad company they really know there stuff and i have had a pc from here before my only complaint is that i recently bought a new gpu 1660 super however upon opening my pc to install it i found it needs an 8 pin to replace my 1050 ti i needed a better power supply to use it i tried to contact them about upgrading my supply but have had no response i am unable to replace it myself as i dont know where all the wires go..

I took my laptop in with water damage. I was told I was going to be contacted by the engineer the next day. 4 days later I took it back because he didn't bother to look at it telling me it is still wet even though it was dry.
