Extremely rude, unprofessional. Please stay clear. Thom very clearly doesn't understand he has a duty of care to his clients which considering the profession he is in could be extremely detrimental to anyone who is in a mental health crisis and/or is under his care. An official complaint has been made to BACP which Thomas is a member off.In response to the reply from Mr Fairclough:-I don't expect for you to take accountability. You sent multiple text messages, which is FAR from professional. The messages of which I can only discribe as of condescending tone. This shows complete disregard for regulations that are in place not only for yourself but also your clients. The person in question had made an appointment with yourself, he was anxious and unable to park. They tried to inform you but you ignored calls (the contract you refer to was in the person's hand along with the cash you asked for to be paid AT THE APPOINTMENT). BACP have been informed and I have every confidence you will cooperate as soon as they get in touch with yourself. All texts have been forwarded to them via email and logged.I could go more in depth but let's be honest, this is about someone whom was in a vulnerable mental state. Luckily, they got the help they needed from a different private therapist. Hopefully, this helps make others aware. The fact I'm your only review speaks volumes!

Excellent therapist. Compassionate and professional. I have found the sessions to be helpful both personally and professionally. A great approach.
