Tom came to fix our dishwasher and replaced the heater. The issue was still not resolved but Tom refunded all the money. He was very honest and professiona,l which was very much appreciated.He will be going into my contact list for the future

Original engineer appointment was great, he located the fault and ordered the spare part. I had to postpone the new appointment due to lockdown restrictions, and the company sent an impolite email and then proceeded to cancel the appointment after my reply. All could have been sorted amicably but for the unprofessional attitude of the firm. Never using these again.

We had an issue with our electric range oven. It tripped the electrics a couple of times.Tom popped over (the same day as we called). He ran a full diagnostic on the cooker but could not find any fault with it.We have had mouse issues over the years. He surmised that they might be the cause, as they can get into the space temporarily, touch a cable and trip the electrics.As there was nothing wrong with the cooker, he offered to pop back if the problem continued/occurred again.Very nice chap and very professional. Now onto the pest people (again!).

Tom came to look at our dishwasher he was very helpful and honest and it couldn't be fixed. Which meant we didn't have to pay anything as he doesn't charge call out fee. Would easily recommend him to anyone and would use him again myself.

Great communication, visit on Saturday and honest advice. Great price scheme (split fee, if repair is impossible or non-economical) I recommend. Super quick response and option to sens pictures VIA email.

Tom went above and beyond the service you'd expect. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, punctual and willing to do everything he can to help. Cannot recommend highly enough. Easily discovered the problem, identified the solution and came to us with an immediate quote and time frame and duly stuck to it. The lady who dealt with our calls was also extremely helpful when we needed it. All round great company and great people.

Great company. Plumber came out to fix my washing machine which he successfully did in a polite and friendly manner. He left the area clean and tidy and also completed the job in good time. Very happy i now have a working washing machine. Would highly recommend!

Tom is a polite and professional guy. He responded to my query with a quick and reasonable quote, then attended promptly at the agreed time. When his tests revealed an additional part was required, he was able to order this for next day installation, at a convenient time. The work was carried out successfully and the price was good, particularly taking into account two visits. Work all complete within 36 hours of my first call = satisfied customer. Receipt and guarantee provided.

Great same day service for our Bosch washing machine. Polite and honest, would definitely recommend as was cheaper than all the other quotes I had! Couldn’t recommend more, saved me so much hassle with the engineer’s honest approach
