Truly deserves every star. Was spotlessly clean, well thought, fantastic location to walk into the village and views of the scenery. Peaceful, lovely owners who catered to my every ask for a special birthday. The hot tub was amazing! Fantastic little break away for both adults and the kids. Couldn’t recommend enough!

On arrival we was greeted by our lovely hosts Cathy and Ian , who were so friendly throughout our stay.The location was beautiful we recently stayed in connemara cabin .My friend found the Perfect Gem .. both our daughters stayed and were made to feel so welcomed too the girls loved the hot tub and toasting the marshmallows on the fire .The login cabin was spotless , with everything you needed!I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who was thinking of booking . We all had such a great time and would love to come back soon .. thank you Cathy and Ian for everything..

We stayed In one of the hot tub pods as a family of 3 this week , I can't recommended enough ! Fabulous stay , everything you need is on site the pods are beautiful with private bathroom , even the detail on the firepits is perfect there are marshmallows to purchase for the kids and games to enjoy in the reception area . We just loved it and will definitely tell all of our friends ! There are some beautiful walks straight from the site that we also did . Such a peaceful pretty site and Cathy and her husband have thought of all the little extra touches in the pods to make your stay special. Thanks so much

We had a lovely stay here for Valentine's Day, greeted as soon as we arrived by the friendly host who showed us around. The hot tub was ready to use and everything in the room was super clean. I will certainly never forget this stay as my partner asked me to marry him so we can officially say we got engaged at Orchard Stables! I couldn't have wished for a nicer setting for the occasion, it was so cosy and beautiful views. The Valentine's Day balloons were a lovely touch too. Thank you, we will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

One of the best stays I've had in a long while...everything was so clean and easy...they set up the hot tub prior to arrival and were ready when I pulled up to check in. Was such a relaxed trip and also closeby to places like Lincoln, Anderby Beach etc if you fancy a venture. Even very cheekily asked for a late check out and this was granted! Really enjoyed the stay/experience, perfect for a get-away with your partner or family. Could say so much more but definitely worth seeing for yourself!

Lovely stay, amazing views. The hot tub was gorgeous and lovely add with the fire pit. However for the price for a weekend you would expect a normal mattress on the beds. I completely understand the hygiene side of having wipeable mattress but for the comfort side it was poor. But all in all a lovely stay thank you :)

Highly recommend! Perfectly located, with gorgeous scenery. So peaceful & relaxing with horses grazing in nearby fields which I loved. So nice to wake up in such an amazing setting with them close by. Nice walks & a lovely town within walking distance with a couple of pubs, Chinese Restaurant (food was amazing). Good choice of dog parks within close proximity if required. The wigwams are smart & of a high standard. The hosts are great & very friendly. There is seating outside with a fire pit too. Will definitely be happy to return, had such a good time!

My partner and I stayed at the Orchard Stables site in late December and loved our time in the lodge. We were warmly welcomed by the site manger who showed us to our lodge and ensured we had everything we needed. He then set up our hot tub and showed us how to use it so it was ready for later that evening. The lodges themselves are very well equipped, containing a spacious kitchen and dinning area, double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. We loved our time in the lodge and would highly recommend to others. The option of the hot tub is well worth the additional payment however we were slightly disappointed that we had to pay for wood to heat the hot tub on the second night after already paying £150 to add the hot tub. We were not aware that the significant amount of additional money that we paid for the hot tub only included one nights use and that we had to spend further money on the second night to heat it. I think this should be reconsidered as the additional money we paid should cover the cost to heat the hot tub.Overall, a very nice stay in a lovely lodge in Newark Upon Trent.

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Cathy and Ian who showed us into our pod and already had the hot tub warmed and ready for us. The pod was so fresh and clean with up to date interior including everything we would need for our stay. There was extra kindling/logs available at reception for the hot tub/fire pit at a very good price. Cathy is a great host as she was easy to contact for any needs or questions we had.Would 100% recommend to a friend and we are already planning our return!!

Fantastic location, wonderful owners.We stayed for two nights in the Hackney pod. Everything was spotless and cozy and even though it was freezing outside it was lovely and warm on the inside.We rented the hot tub and it was absolutely worth it. The owners were kind enough to get the fires lit for us whilst we were out in Newark.The honesty shop was well stocked and the views around the site were wonderful.100% would recommend!
