Joanne the dispensing assistant is amazing always very friendly always bubbly with an effervescent personality. Would be Garenteed to lift your mood if she's on duty. The team seem very busy and short of staff meaning opening times vary but with all that they are still helpful. The European pharmacist is super too she is friendly and chatty even when busy which is nice. There is one team member that could learn from these two but on a whole a great team. I am in weekly and have for yrs

Very poor service with an attitude manager is nasty and staff are no better but the pharacy not their main business this is why company's like boots should not be allowed to do this job thier attitude is and always will be profit before patients health

The pharmacy is closed due to the lack of a pharmacist. Signs outside direct customers to the nearest alternative... 14 miles away in Dumfries!

Refused to give me medication shop staff have a bad attitude did not seem very friendly to me nhs staff at local hospital sent email to a pharmacy member she refused to listen to my side of the complaint then banned me from pharmacy putting my health at Risk
